Your therapy sessions may be fully or partially covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We accept most major insurance providers to make care as accessible as possible.
Please note: We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare behavioral health plans at this time.
To understand your coverage, we recommend asking your insurance provider:

✅ What is my deductible, and has it been met?
✅ How many therapy sessions are covered per year?
✅ What is my out-of-pocket cost per session?

If you prefer not to use insurance, we offer private pay options. Please call our office at 804.409.7525 to discuss rates.
To schedule your first appointment, we require a debit card, credit card, or health savings account (HSA) on file. We accept:

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
🚨 Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations: A $100–full session fee will be charged to the card on file for no-shows or late cancellations (including initial appointments).

MMP is no longer accepting new Medicaid-insured patients due to policy changes. We will continue care for existing Medicaid-paneled patients as they complete treatment.
If you have Medicaid or a Virginia Medicaid-managed plan, please contact the member services number on your card to find an in-network provider.
